4. Can I track my order? Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Check status anytime in your account or on the carrier's website.
5. What is your return & exchange policy? Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are final sale unless defective. Contact us to start the process — we'll help!
